If you have any questions about our fabrics and want to see and touch them, we are happy to send you free fabric samples. This way you can check the quality, texture, weight and shine.
To order fabric samples, please email us at info@blazerbar-montecarlo.com , including the names and codes of the fabrics you would like to receive.
Fabric samples are free, but there is a 5 euro fee for shipping costs.

We don't have a loyalty program yet, however we are designing a customized one to promote the brand worldwide.
Our master tailors and their production team are located in a small town in southern Italy near Naples.
We are very proud of our Made in Italy production that allows us to support our local economy by offering new job opportunities. Not to mention that our brand is inspired by the tradition of Neapolitan artisan tailoring, a tradition where hand-made and the use of exclusive fabrics are the distinctive and characterizing aspects.

Since every product with the “Made to Order Guarantee” is 100% customized and handcrafted exclusively for you, we cannot offer refunds. This is standard practice for customized products as there is no resale value.
Therefore, we regret to inform you that once an order has been placed, it is no longer possible to modify it.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving your order by sending an email to info@blazerbar-montecarlo.com .
Our Customer Service will organize the return and process the replacement or refund procedure depending on the request.
