The satin fabric gives it a shiny, reflective finish, which accentuates the richness of the color. The most striking feature is the deep waterfall neckline at the front. This creates soft pleats and a very sensual, flowing effect, falling deeply onto the décolleté. The thin straps tie behind the neck, leaving the shoulders and much of the back exposed. The dress is fitted at the bust, waist, and hips, following and enhancing the body's curves. It has a mermaid cut, hugging the silhouette to the knees or mid-thigh. From the knees down, the skirt flares out in a flared fashion, adding elegance and movement when walking.
